I have a big box full of USB devices, and I thought that I had a device that someone had reported an open bug for, so I set off to try to find it...

Turns out my box was a huge mess so I spread the whole thing out and tried to sort it all out:

I did find the device, and a bunch of cables. 2 firewire cables, 5 serial cables (one null-modem), and 27 USB cables ranging from 6 inches to a few meters long.

And to think that people used to say that USB was going to reduce cable clutter...
